This privacy statement is valid for Envirotech Innovative Products Ltd. (T/A Auranta) and all its subsidiaries.
Purpose of data processing
Auranta processes personal data of employees, partners, (potential) customers and suppliers for the purpose of performance business and fulfilling related legal and contractual requirements.
2.1 Processing of personal data of customer and supplier
Auranta processes the personal data provided by interested parties, customers and suppliers for the preparation of offers and the processing of assignments as well as the fulfilment of the associated contractual and legal obligations. To fulfil legal obligations, the data is also forwarded to public authorities and service providers.
2.2 Applicants
The contact details and application documents submitted in the course of an application will be electronically processed by us for the purpose of selecting suitable candidates for employment.
In case of cancellation, the application documents will only be kept in evidence, if the applicant consents. Please note, that in case you withdraw or do not provide us your consent we are still required by law to keep your data for a duration of 6 months. 2.3 Website & Cookies
2.3.1 IP address
By visiting our website, information is automatically stored on the web server. This includes the browser used to visit our website, the operating system used, the page, that referred to our website, the IP address, the time of access and other information. This data is pseudonymized from Auranta point of view and cannot be used to identify a unique person without additional data sources.
Auranta does not evaluate this data as long as there is no illegal use of the website.

2.3.3 Embedded Youtube-Videos
On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The corresponding plug-ins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, it will connect to Youtube’s servers. Youtube will be informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can assign your surfing behaviour to you personally. This can be prevented by logging out of your Youtube account before. If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour.
Anyone who has disabled the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.

2.3.4 Google Ad-Words
Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement sent by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google-served ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords advertisers’ websites. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.
If you do not want to participate in the tracking, you can refuse the required setting of a cookie – for example via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies or sets your browser to block cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com”.

2.3.5 Social Media Plugins
Our website uses plugins for social media. These plugins are only activated by the visitor by clicking on the website. Auranta does not process any personal data here.
2.4 Newsletter / Product information
We will use the name and email address provided by you while signing up for the newsletter to keep you up to date on company news and current offers.
By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree at the same time to be contacted by e-mail or phone through our employees.
If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can object to it at any time. You can use the unsubscribe link contained in every e-mail.

The data subject has the right to demand immediate deletion of the personal data concerning him / her if the legal basis for the processing of the data is missing or omitted, the data processing is objected or the data processing is unlawful and no legal retention periods make deletion impossible.
